Update Refund Guarantee (CFAR) Enrollment

This is a legacy endpoint that allows you to update Spot coverages for Refund Guarantee (CFAR) policies. If you use quoting endpoints to create coverages, you should use the Requote endpoint to update them, rather than this endpoint.
