Resolve Refund Guarantee (CFAR) Enrollment

This endpoint is used for scenarios when a Refund Guarantee enrollment should be voided, to protect against double refunds and potential product misuse. Trip and Pass enrollments may also be resolved here, in which case the premium is refunded and the coverage cancelled: payoutAmount and isVoid do not apply, and the refund is only available during the 10 day free look, ending earlier if coverage has already started.

The currency in which the refund was processed. This must match the currency in which the original purchase was made.

payoutAmount

number

The partner's insurance program payout amount, excluding any refunds issued directly from operator or merchant funds.

customerRefundTimestamp

ISO8601 formatted timestamp representing the time the customer was issued a refund.
Must include both date and time.

isVoid

boolean

Defaults to false

Flags the enrollment as voided. When set to true, any payoutAmount included in the request will be ignored. Defaults to false.
