Decline one or more quote(s) when the customer opts out of Spot coverage, once their purchase has finished processing. This endpoint allows you to decline multiple quotes at once and helps Spot track conversion rates. Only decline quotes when the customer actually purchases - you can let quotes for abandoned carts expire.
