Refundable/Non-Refundable

Also called bundled offers - this approach makes Spot part of your core offering. Instead of asking customers to opt in, the customer choice is between two variants of the same product:

  • Refundable: Customers purchase your product with Refund Guarantee included.
  • Non-Refundable: Customers purchase your product without Refund Guarantee.

With a bundled approach, rather than using Spot's widget, you build the UI and integrate via direct API integration. Your checkout presents both options, and Spot’s quoting engine powers the pricing, benefit descriptions, and more.

Refundable/Non-Refundable works well if you want to keep checkout simple, minimize decision-making, or align with existing “refundable vs non-refundable” pricing models. This presentation can drive higher conversion rates and allows you to bolster your offering by adding a flexibility/refundability component to it.
